During your appointment, we'll assess your healed results and refresh the pigment where needed to keep your permanent makeup looking its best. Cancellation Policy
Please take the time to read this information carefully and if you have any questions please contact us. Once you have paid your booking fee you will not be able to cancel your appointment without this fee being lost. You can move your appointment to another date providing it is to the same service and more than 48 hours notice before your appointment is due to start has be given. Cancel or reschedule more than 48 hours notice for free Cancel or reschedule within 48 hours hours you will be charged 50% of the treatment price Cancel or reschedule within 24 hours notice you will be charged 100% of the treatment price, no shows will be charged 100% of the treatment price. We allow unto 10 minutes of lateness, It will be the service providers discretion if the treatment is to still go ahead, the services provided require attention to detail and must not be rushed for your safety, if you are late, 0-10 minutes and there isn't enough time you will be charged. Any anti wrinkle appointments cancelled after a booking fee has been paid will forfeit the booking fee.
