Once your details have been collected you will be sent a payment link where you will need to pay a booking fee, this MUST be paid within 24 hours to avoid cancellation.

Your appointment is not secure until you pay your booking fee. Once a booking fee has been received you will be sent Consent, medical forms and a card authorisation form.You MUST fill out all of these forms in order for you appointment to go ahead.

Once you have paid your booking fee you will not be able to cancel your appointment without this fee being lost. You can move your appointment to another date providing it is to the same service and 5 days notice before your appointment is due to start has be given.

If you fail to SHOW to your appointment or cancel within 24 hours you will be charged 100% of the treatment price.

We allow up to 10 minutes of lateness, anything after this will be classed as a no show and your card will be charged. It will be the service providers discretion if the treatment is to still go ahead, the services provided require attention to detail and must not be rushed for your safety, if you are late, 0-10 minutes and there isn't enough time you will be charged.

Any anti wrinkle appointments cancelled after a booking fee has been paid will forfeit the booking fee.

Under no circumstances will any refunds be given after a service has been carried out, or if you fail to follow any of these terms and conditions.

If you are unhappy with the treatment provided you must email info@ejcosmetics.com within 14 days after your appointment time for any issues to be rectified.

You agree not to attack/criticise EJ Cosmetics LTD or any associates, staff or contractors on public forums, Blogs, Social media, or google reviews at any time before or after a service. In case of this breech, legal action will be taken to recover damages caused to the business by you.
