Cancellation Policy

All appointments require a booking fee If you cancel or reschedule within 72 hours - Booking fee lost 24 hours - 100% of treatment price required to be paid. We allow up to 10 minutes of lateness, It will be the service providers discretion if the treatment is to still go ahead, the services provided require attention to detail and must not be rushed for your safety, if you are late, 0-10 minutes and there isn't enough time you will be charged. Any anti wrinkle appointments cancelled after a booking fee has been paid will forfeit the booking fee.
